For custom or bespoke orders, we may require a deposit before production begins on larger orders/items.

Many of our products are made to order. Estimated production and delivery lead times are displayed on each product page. These are estimates and may vary due to material availability or demand. We will notify you of any significant delays.

5. Shipping
