Returns & Refunds Policy

We want you to love your Webster Designs piece. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.

30-Day Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. After this period, we're unable to offer a refund or exchange.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

In its original condition — unused, undamaged, and unassembled (where applicable)
In its original packaging
Accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

Custom or bespoke orders — items made to your specifications (size, finish, wood type, resin colour, etc.)
Sale or clearance items
Gift cards
Items that have been assembled, used, or show signs of wear

How to Start a Return

Email us at websterdesigns20@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return
We'll respond within 2 business days with return instructions and a return address
Securely package your item — we recommend using the original packaging
Ship the item back using a tracked service. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect

Damages & Faulty Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at websterdesigns20@gmail.com with:

Your order number
A description of the issue
Photos of the damage

We'll arrange a replacement, repair, or full refund at no cost to you.

Exchanges

We don't offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different item, please return your original order and place a new one.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank to process the payment.

If you haven't received your refund after 15 business days of approval, please contact us at websterdesigns20@gmail.com.

EU Customers

If you are based in the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt, without justification, for any non-customised item. The same eligibility conditions above apply.
